At the Voice of Doctors Research School, we are committed to the highest standards of research integrity. Our Institutional Review Board (IRB) serves as an independent body dedicated to protecting the rights, safety, and privacy of research participants. Operating in strict accordance with the Bangladesh Medical Research Council (BMRC) guidelines and the Declaration of Helsinki, our board ensures that every study we oversee is ethically sound and scientifically rigorous.
Submission Requirements
Please ensure your submission includes:
- A detailed breakdown of your study design, objectives, and methodology.
- Clear, easy-to-understand consent documents provided in English.
- Copies of all questionnaires, interview guides, or survey instruments.
- Brief CVs for the Principal Investigator and all co-investigators.
- Documentation or a declaration confirming the originality of the work.
How to Submit
There is no need for physical copies at the initial stage.

Once received, our secretariat will issue a unique reference number to track your application through the review phases.
Fees & Expected Timeline
A processing fee of 4,000 BDT is required to cover administrative and review costs.
We value your time and aim to provide a decision or formal feedback within 7 to 10 days of receiving a complete application.
